Pole Dance Cape Town is excited to welcome family and friends to its 11th annual showcase: 'Spooky Affair'. The magical pole dancing and aerial arts promise to be an enthralling heart-pounding production.

Featuring wonderful performances from all students, beginner and advanced. The lineup includes solos, duets, and group acts starring in frightening, frenetic fashion for this year's scary theme.

An elegant and inspiring way to stay in shape, pole fitness is a great way to tone that body, manage weight, and improve self-confidence and boldness. Join an empowering fitness challenge to stay healthy, enhance your body, and achieve those goals.

Showcase 2023- 14th and 15th October 2023 – The Roxy Revue Bar, GrandWest 

Pole Dance Cape Town's classes will help in improving strength, vitality, and building agility. An alternative way to get fit, classes can host beginners, to more advanced dancers of all ages. Designed to accommodate all types of fitness levels, the exercises offer a great way to build strength and character. The sessions are usually 60-75 minutes and include warm-up exercises, conditioning, technique and combos, and cool-down sessions.

The Streets of the Viennese | Inspiring Graffiti Art

Deep underground and all around town, the streets of Vienna are lit up with beautiful graffiti art displays. The type that fascinates the eye of Nunzio. An eclectic enigma.

We've travelled the streets of Barcelona, Venice, and London. We've even walked the winding roads of Woodstock, Cape Town. But, more beautiful than that - in terms of street art - more beautiful than the city of dragons, Llubjana, and the castles of Dundee. We found the streets of the Viennese to be the most inspiring, and totally sprawling with talented graffiti artists. This is a showcase of some of the artworks.

A city that has been devastated by wars, politics, and crimes - bursts to life with tremendous colour and ambition.

An ode to the arts and culture movement that has been put on hold. Governments have somewhat turned a blind eye to the investment in arts across Austria. Shoved it under ground. It's great to see that, despite the pressure and inconsistencies from politicians, there is a buzz and delicate uprising in art, design, dance and celebration of culture, around the city.
